How do I choose balloons for the occasion?

Use the birthday, number, graduation or newborn filter to see matching products currently available. Open the product and review any occasion, age and message options; not every arrangement supports every customization.

How many balloons are included, what size are they, and are they inflated?

Quantity, dimensions and inflation depend on the product and selected option. Only documented details are shown; an arrangement photo does not guarantee everything pictured is included. If these details are not listed on the product, ask support before paying. We do not assume helium inflation or a particular floating time.

Can I add flowers, chocolates or another gift?

Check the actual add-ons offered on the product, or visit birthday gifts to select another item for your cart. Separate products are not a combined bundle and are not included in the balloon price unless the product explicitly says so.

Can I order from outside Jordan?

Choose a gift from the Jordan store and enter the recipient’s address inside Jordan. Use an available checkout payment method and review the charge amount and currency before confirming. Your bank may require card authentication; acceptance is subject to the bank’s approval and applicable restrictions.

Is same-day delivery guaranteed?

Same-day delivery may be available in Amman, depending on the product, address, capacity and order time. Select an available date and time slot at checkout; do not assume same-day service for every product or city.

What recipient details do I need? Will you contact them?

Enter the recipient’s name, local phone number and full delivery address, including the area and useful directions. Add special requests in the delivery instructions. If keeping a surprise is essential, check with support before ordering; we do not promise that the recipient will not be contacted.

Can I include a gift message?

The order flow includes a card-message field where you can write in English or Arabic. Review the product details and any options, extras and charges before paying.

How can I track the delivery from abroad?

Keep your order number and use it at tracking.100wardeh.com. If updates are not available yet, contact support with that number. Payment confirmation alone does not mean the gift has been delivered.

Which areas in Jordan can I send a gift to?

Currently enabled delivery cities and areas include Airport Road, Ajloun, Al-Salt City, Amman, Aqaba, Irbid, Madaba, Zarqa. Select the exact area at checkout to check fees and dates. A listed city does not guarantee every product or time slot is available.
