Is the pot or basket included?

Only when the product description or selected option says so. Check whether you are buying one plant, a multi-plant arrangement or a plant-and-sweets gift. Decorative objects pictured nearby are not automatically included.

Which care instructions should I follow?

Use the instructions for the exact plant on its product page. Light, watering and drainage needs differ by species and the recipient’s home. If instructions are absent, ask support before choosing; we do not assume every plant is low-maintenance, pet-safe or suitable for every room.

Can I order from outside Jordan?

Choose a gift from the Jordan store and enter the recipient’s address inside Jordan. Use an available checkout payment method and review the charge amount and currency before confirming. Your bank may require card authentication; acceptance is subject to the bank’s approval and applicable restrictions.

Is same-day delivery guaranteed?

What recipient details do I need? Will you contact them?
